女子会員の増加に伴い、相互交流を兼ねて稽古会を開催いたします。

ストレッチ・基本稽古・型稽古・組手稽古に茶話会もあります。

With a recent increasing number of ladies, we will held a practicing session for lady members to interact with each other.

You can learn stretching, basic Kata and Kumite followed by tea breaks.
